Raditek SSPA

Raditek offers cutting-edge SSPA (Solid State Power Amplifiers) made in our ultra-modern production facility using either GaN, GaAs, or FET technology and different topologies, resulting in high efficiency, high power levels, and a compact, space-saving amplifier device.

Our SSPAs are extensively used in wireless communications systems, broadcasting applications and other critical amplification systems found in defense, airborne, and space technology.

Raditek SSPA is designed to manage an operational load of 10 KHz to 18 GHz and an operating power load ranging from milliwatts to kilowatts.

We offer SSPA in narrow, broad, and multi-octave band designs that are also suitable for Ku and X band applications.

Our GaN transistor-based amplifiers are well-suited for high-power applications, and our GaAs transistor-based SSPA is best suited for low to medium-power load applications.

In addition to our extensive selection of off-the-shelf SSPAs, our engineers are eager to create and develop specialized SSPAs that meet specific requirements of the clients which are set up as ready-to-use models in high-profile systems and applications like missile tracking systems, airborne radars, and related systems.

Raditek has a process (test) to evaluate and assess every SSPA configured in terms of its circuit dynamics. Only after satisfactory results thus ascertained, we okay it for sale.

No wonder, Raditek SSPAs are reckoned to be a high-caliber product.
